Description

1. The weaving is inspected on the left and right sides
Lights are used for the first inspection of the left side of the fabric and the second inspection of the right side of the fabric. The eyes are easy to concentrate during the inspection, and the missing inspection rate is low, which is especially suitable for fabrics with many scattered defects.
2. The weaving is inspected twice separately:
The first time using the lower light to inspect, and the second time to use the upper light to check the defects, which can make up for the light oil and other defects that are difficult to detect under the lower light. This test method is suitable for fabrics with many yarn defects but not too wide.
